The place was clean and exceptional. the staff was especially helpful and provided excellent customer service. - the setting was decent, located right by shops, the airport, and restaurants within walking distance.

The location for Millbrae was great, next to the San Francisco airport and the whole bay area.

The hotel needed updating.

Big sized and huge units with view on gardens, king size bed, a TV, and the staff were competent. The hotel had particularly good and amazing location close to the airport, shopping, grocery stores and Trader Joeas as well as the downtown of San Bruno.

Enjoyed our stay in a new room with a comfortable king-sized bed situated by the window.

There was an asian woman answering the phone on Sunday night, September 11th at 7:00 P.M. She had such an accent I could not understand the hotel name when she first answered and ultimately I spent an hour waiting for the shuttle, then taking a cab for $15 because the majority of what she said was unintelligible because of her accent. She seemed pleasant enough, but not in this position,

Great bed, clean rooms, fast and efficient check-in and out.

The breakfast was mostly woeful. Paper plates and cups, packaged food. The breakfast staff couldn't speak English. The only saving grace was the bagels, which were OK.

The accommodation was fairly clean. the staff were competent and provided excellent customer service. I was very impressed with the double room featuring a king-size bed. There was a variety of adequate breakfast options. This hotel is definitely my top choice in Millbrae.

Very close to SFO airport (5 minute drive) convenient for early morning flight and free shuttle to airport. Five minutes walk to CalTrain & BART stations, no need for a car, even to visit San Francisco. Clean, comfortable and very large rooms. Free Wi-Fi. Would certainly stay again.

Evening staff not very experienced resulting in bill error. We were not informed about the change in name of the hotel having actually difficulties in finding the right shuttle to the hotel.

Our room was spacious with a view of the gardens, a king-size bed, and the sleeping area by the window. - the location is stunning and amazing, very close to San Francisco airport. - There was artwork above the desk, which added a nice touch to the room.

Very close to the airport and public transportation. Easy access to the markets, malls and fast food. Airport shuttle is hard to find and available only 20 minutes periods.
